New floors come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers you as the owner and doesn’t transfer to the next buyer. The exact terms are in the written agreement you sign before any work starts.
The wear layer matters too
Vinyl plank has a clear wear layer on top of the printed look. We offer 6, 12 and 20 mil. The 20-mil layer is the one for kids, pets and heavy traffic, and 20-mil SPC can last 20+ years.
- Use felt pads under chair and table legs.
- Put a mat at the slider to the lanai, where sand comes in.
- Clean with a damp mop and the maker’s recommended cleaner, never a steam mop unless the maker allows it.
